By connecting the community to education and training opportunities, we facilitate the connection of local employers with highly skilled and trained individuals for high-demand, high-wage jobs.
Post-Secondary Training & Education
We partner with esteemed statewide education and training institutions to offer a diverse range of courses, training opportunities, and certifications. Our partners offer training in accounting, business, CDL Training, Career Development, General Education, Industrial Maintenance, Information Technology, Logistics, Medical Assisting, and more.

Hendricks College Network is a nonprofit organization serving as a post-secondary education resource for residents, businesses, and community members. We provide access to and support for post-secondary education, business training, and workforce development in Hendricks County and the surrounding region.
Ivy Tech Community College offers students a range of classes in general education, pre-requisite health science and nursing, medical assisting, information technology, business, and more. Student services, computer access, and study space are available.
Indiana State University, in partnership with GEODIS, a world-leader in transport and logistics, hosts the Logistics 4.0 Innovation Hub. The hub trains people in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the management of logistics companies. Included is a mini-prototype of a warehouse using robotics ready for student tours, research, and teaching.
WorkOne, operating in Region 5, helps businesses find productive employees by offering cost-effective convenient access to thousands of job seekers. For Individuals looking for employment or developing a career plan, WorkOne is a key source for information, job referrals, placement assistance, and other services.
Vincennes University Logistics Training and Education Center (VU LTEC) features a one-of-a-kind experience, combining classroom instruction with hands-on learning in our 30,000 square foot warehouse. Putting education into action using the latest equipment and technology, students apply what they learn.
Indiana Fire and Public Safety Academy provides public safety education, training and advanced studies for Indiana’s fire department personnel and volunteers; emergency medical services personnel; telecommunicators; emergency management personnel and other safety personnel in fire prevention; enforcement of fire safety laws; firefighting; emergency medical services and other areas of public safety.
